Are your products genuine?

Yes. We source products from the manufacturers and their authorised distributors, and every pack comes sealed with the manufacturer's label, batch number and expiry date.

Do you deliver to my PIN code?

We ship across India by India Post, which reaches almost every PIN code in the country. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery to your PIN code.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Orders below ₹499 have a ₹49 delivery charge, shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and India Post usually delivers in 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You get a tracking number when your order ships.

Can I buy in bulk or at wholesale prices?

Yes. We sell to individual customers and to trade buyers. Pharmacies, clinics, Ayurvedic practitioners and resellers can ask for trade pricing on our Wholesale Enquiry page or on WhatsApp.

Can I return a product?

Please see our Returns & Refunds page. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened medicines cannot be returned, but we will replace any item that arrives damaged, expired or incorrect.

Which medicine should I take?

We can help you find a product by name, brand or pack size, but we cannot prescribe. Please consult a qualified Ayurvedic doctor or physician before starting any medicine, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medicines or have a medical condition.
