Dispatch time

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually packed and dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

India Post normally delivers in 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. You will receive the India Post tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships, and you can track it on the India Post website.

Damaged or missing parcels

Returns & replacements

Damaged, expired or incorrect items are replaced free of charge if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Ayurvedic medicines and health products cannot be resold once they leave our store. For your safety, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once an order is confirmed. We will always put things right in the situations below.

1. Damaged or leaking product

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@ayurvedicwholesale.com or WhatsApp +91 70096 23687 with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the outer box with the shipping label
  • At least two clear photos of the damaged item
  • An unboxing video, if you have one (it helps us resolve the claim faster)

Once confirmed, we send a free replacement within 5–7 working days. If an order has several items, only the damaged item is replaced. If the item is out of stock, we refund its value instead.

2. Wrong or missing item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the invoice and outer box, and photos or an unboxing video showing everything you received. After checking, we dispatch the correct or missing item at no extra cost, or refund its value if it is unavailable.

3. Expired or short-expiry product

Every product we ship should have a valid expiry date. If you receive an item that is already expired, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the batch number and expiry date. We will replace it free of charge or refund it in full.

Items we cannot take back

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken (unless they were faulty on arrival)
  • Natural changes in colour, smell, taste or texture of herbal products, or crystallisation of honey. These are normal and are not defects
  • Claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Products bought at wholesale or trade rates, except for damage, wrong items or expiry as described above

Please do not send anything back to us without our confirmation first. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.

4. Order cancellation

You can cancel free of charge before the order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Failed delivery or returned-to-origin (RTO) orders

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, the phone number was unreachable, nobody was available, or the parcel was refused:

  • Prepaid orders: we re-ship once at no extra product cost (delivery charges may apply). If you would rather not re-ship, we refund the order value minus the forward and return shipping charges.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders: repeated refusals may mean future orders need to be prepaid.

6. How refunds are paid

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders: refunded to a bank account or UPI ID that you share with us.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the error was ours (damaged, wrong, missing or expired item).

How we decide claims

We check each claim against the photos or video, the parcel weight and our packing records, and we aim to be fair to you. We reply to every claim within 24–48 hours.
